Please allow 1-2 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process and ship out orders Monday - Saturday. Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order. Due to backlogged logistics, Preorders may take longer to be delivered than expected. Preorders have an estimated ship date due to the information sent from carrier. If your preorder parcel takes longer than the date stated, we do apologize and we will make sure your item is shipped out by us as soon as we receive the item. Please note that once your parcel has shipped from Love, Poppy, tracking has been provided for you and the delivery is out of our control. Love, Poppy is not responsible for lost packages or undeliverable parcels that have not been returned to Love, Poppy. 


We ship worldwide! Usually takes 7-15 days to process and have the order delivered.


Merchandise can be returned for a store credit within 7 days from the delivery date. If it is past the 7 day return window, we will no longer be able to accept the return. Once the item(s) have been accepted, store credit will then be issued to you via email as a gift card. A pre-paid return label will be provided for you to send back your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your shipping label has been created, you must return your item within 2 business days while your label is still active. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition with Love, Poppy hanging tags attached and has no sign of visible wear.  All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have no visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, self tanner, etc. 

  • Bodysuits / Unitards are final sale and we do not accept returns on these items.
  • Items on sale or purchased at a Pop-Up shop are FINAL sale.
  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales are FINAL sale.
