Shipping Details & Return Policy

SHIPPING:

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday. Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order. Due to backlogged logistics, Preorders may take longer to be delivered than expected. Preorders have an estimated ship date due to the information sent from carrier. If your preorder parcel takes longer than the date stated, we do apologize and we will make sure your item is shipped out by us as soon as we receive the item. Please note that once your parcel has shipped from Love, Poppy, tracking has been provided for you and the delivery is out of our control. Love, Poppy is not responsible for lost packages or undeliverable parcels that have not been returned to Love, Poppy. 

WORLDWIDE:

We ship worldwide! Usually takes 5-10 days to process and have the order delivered.

Love, Poppy is not responsible for paying VAT, import fees, customs or duties on any order.
