Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order. Due to backlogged logistics, Preorders may take longer to be delivered than expected. Preorders have an estimated ship date due to the information sent from carrier. If your preorder parcel takes longer than the date stated, we do apologize and we will make sure your item is shipped out by us as soon as we receive the item. Please note that once your parcel has shipped from Love, Poppy, tracking has been provided for you and the delivery is out of our control. Love, Poppy is not responsible for lost packages or undeliverable parcels that have not been returned to Love, Poppy.

Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, make up, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached.
A pre-paid return label will be provided for you to send back your item(s) for U.S. orders only. Once your shipping label has been created, you must return your item within 2 business days while your label is still active.
